How to Request a Loan

Updated on

To begin, click on the "Loans & Withdrawals" tab.

This tab will display a window for Loans (if available).

For quick reference, a list of minimum and maximum loan available, minimum and maximum loan duration, and loan fee are listed under What you should know. You may also calculate your loan and preview the amortization schedule under the Quick Loan Calculator.

Select the type of loan: Personal Loan or Residential Loan. Then, click Get Started.

A residential loan will require documentation of the purchase of a principal residence.

"Loans & Withdrawals" tab is not present

If the "Loans & Withdrawals" tab is not present, please contact us at 800-406-4015.

The most likely scenarios are:

a) You did not complete enrollment. If "Enter Enrollment" is visible on the top right-hand corner of your dashboard, then you must complete this first before requesting a loan.

b) Your plan does not allow for electronic loan requests. We can provide you with a paper form that you can fill out and return to your plan sponsor.
