By request, we may be able to make a one-time change to your loan payment. Once changed, the new amount will be your scheduled payment for the remaining duration of the loan, and it cannot be changed back. Please contact us at 800-406-4015 and we can look into this for you. Let us know what change you would like to make, and we will coordinate with your plan administrator to see if your requested change is allowed and approved.

Changes that can be made:

• increase the payment amount, which will shorten the duration of the loan
• decrease the payment amount, which will lengthen the duration of the loan - however, keep in mind the maximum repayment term of any loan is 5 years
