If you are married and want to elect a primary beneficiary other than your spouse, then you have to complete the Consent of Spouse Form, which is available under Documents & Reports.
Have you already enrolled?
Click on the Settings gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard. Then select Designation of Beneficiary.
This screen will allow you to view your current beneficiaries, both primary and contingent. You can also delete and add beneficiaries. Once finished, click Save.
