In the top right corner of your dashboard, select the settings gear icon.

Then, select Personal Info. 

There are two sections in which you can update your MFA information: General and Email.

Under the General tab, you can update phone numbers on file. To receive an MFA PIN by phone, you are required to maintain a mobile phone number and confirm that phone can receive text messages.

Under the Email tab, you can update email addresses on file. To receive an MFA PIN by email, you are required to maintain a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Email and verify that address. Upon entering your email address into the MFA line, click Verify Email and enter the requested PIN.

In addition, within the Email section, there is a dropdown menu from which you can choose which PIN method you’d like to use: phone (by text message only) or email.
